The 10/12/26 fuel price data shows U.S. on-highway diesel averaging $6.179 per gallon, about $1.85 above the $4.331 national average for regular gasoline. Regional diesel prices range from $5.645 in the Lower Atlantic to $8.091 in California. The data release does not include prior-period figures, so no week-over-week change is reported.
